With the Safer at Home Order going into effect later today, we wanted to keep everyone updated on our plans to reopen some of the services at our office.
- First and foremost, our lobby will remain closed for the next few weeks to ensure social distancing. When you arrive at our office, please call us at 256-734-2181.
- We will allow visitation for hospitalized pets, but this will be limited to 2 people per exam room.
- Curbside service will continue to be available for clients picking up medications and food. If possible, please call ahead to have your pet’s prescriptions filled.
- We will resume elective surgeries on Monday, May 4th. If you had inquired about having your pets spayed or neutered during the shutdown, we will be in touch soon to get their surgery scheduled.
- Grooming-Medicated and elective grooming will resume on Monday, May 4th as well. This will be by appointment only and on a limited basis to reduce exposure.
- Boarding-We will resume our normal boarding for clients wishing to travel during this time.
